WHO WE ARE
Management Magic was set up by Carol Harris. 
Carol has been an independent management consultant and trainer for the past
fifteen years.
Prior to that, her work experience was in manufacturing industry, the NHS and local
government, management research and consultancy. An earlier post was as Director of
Personnel and Administration for the Arts Council of Great Britain.
Carol is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants and the Chartered Institute of
Personnel and Development, a Member of the British Association of Communicators in
Business and an Associate Member of the Federation of Image Consultants. She was
Chair of
the Association for Neuro-Linguistic Programming for four years.
Border Management & Training was set up by Paul Harris
Paul has been an independent IT consultant for several years. He has 30 years' experience
in handling information and using information technology within major companies in both
the public and private sectors. He has worked in the following industries:
Tourism
Food
Patents
Printing
Chemicals
Paul is a Fellow of the Institute of Information Scientists, a Member of the British
Computer Society, a Member of the Royal Institute of Chemistry and an Associate of the
Institute of Management Consultants
In addition our associates (many of whom are fellow members of the Richmond Group - a
consortium of independent management consultants) include both generalists and specialists
in HR, general management, IT and other consultancy skills
